治疗神经精神疾病的潜在新靶点痕量胺相关受体1的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 痕量胺存在于哺乳动物的中枢神经系统内,然而,因为缺乏特异性的受体,痕量胺的具体功能一直不清楚.2001年,克隆研究揭示了痕量胺相关受体家族的存在[1].其中,痕量胺相关受体(trace amine-associated receptor,TAAR)1是最早被发现能够被痕量胺激活的受体,随后的TAAR1基因敲除鼠和TAAR1选择型激动剂的药理作用研究证实了其具有调节单胺类神经传递的功能.我们将就痕量胺及相关受体的特点、功能及TAAR1激动剂在神经精神疾病领域新药开发方面的进展进行综述.
