摘要
针对RELAP5汽轮机模型存在的问题,提出一种基于级组建模公式修改RELAP5汽轮机模型的方法,并对汽轮机子程序模块的计算公式进行修正,完成汽轮机模型的修改。以某核电机组的一个级组为原型,利用改进型RELAP5汽轮机模型进行汽轮机单级组建模,并将汽轮机变工况的瞬、稳态计算结果与设计参数进行对比。结果表明:改进型汽轮机模型能满足机组动态响应的要求,且具有较高精度。
To solve the problems existing in RELAP5 steam turbine model, a method is presented to modify the RELAP5 model based on stage group formula, and to correct the calculating formulas in the turbine subprogram module, thus achieving updating of the turbine model. Taking the stage group of a nuclear power unit as a prototype, a single-stage group modeling of steam turbine was completed using the updated RELAP5 model, and subsequently the transient and steady state calculation results were compared with the design parameters. Results show that the modified turbine model with higher accuracy can meet the requirements of the unit on dynamic response.
