摘要 为了降低汽轮机高压主汽门全行程活动试验的安全风险、保证机组的安全稳定运行,对高压主汽门全行程活动试验过程及常见的风险进行了分析,进一步完善试验逻辑关系,得到加强设备维护的具体思路和方法。实践表明:试验过程中要注意监视光字牌、DCS画面、灯光等信号的变化,发现信号异常要停止试验,根据具体问题采取有针对性的处理措施,可以有效降低高压主汽门全行程活动试验的安全风险。 To reduce the security risk of a steam turbine high-pressure main stop valve during full stroke test, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit, an analysis was conducted to the test process and common risks, so as to find out specific ideas and methods to further improve the test logic and strengthen the equipment maintenance. Practice shows that attention should be paid to the changes of monitor light plate, DCS display and other light signals, and the test should be ended immediately in case of any abnormal signals observed, when corresponding countermeasures should be taken to reduce the security risk occurring in full stroke test of the high-pressure main stop valve.
