摘要
为减少锅炉烟尘排放,对原静电除尘器改造为布袋除尘器。通过计算流体力学数值模拟,布袋采用错层布置,外加均流装置辅助,以保证烟气流场的均匀。改造后粉尘排放质量浓度由99.47mg/m3降至为5.93mg/m3,除尘效率达到99.94%,达到预期目的。
To reduce the pollutants emission from a boiler, the original electrostatic precipitator was changed into bag-type dust collector, which was staggeringly arranged with auxiliary flow-equalizing device equipped to ensure the uniformity of flue gas flow. After retrofit, the emission concentration of dust has been reduced from 99.47 mg/m3 to 5.93 mg/m3 , with the dust collecting rate up to 99.94%, achieving the intended purpose.
