随着知识在经济中作用表象的日益显现,大学在地区竞争中的优势也越来越被重视,成为城市经济增长的重要推动力量;而依托大学在其周围发展创意街区,将知识与产业结合,也成为推动高校与城市发展必由之路。本文以西安美术学院研究对象,分析影响其周边地区发展的优势因素与主要矛盾,提出发展创意街区的可行性措施,力求使西安美术学院周边在美院独特的文化艺术氛围以及创意人才的支撑下,形成城市中独具特色的文化艺术创意街区。
