基于街道网络结构的新加坡高层公建群城市设计控制解析——以滨海湾南组团为例

摘要 文章运用城市街道网络中心性分析技术,以新加坡滨海湾南组团为例,对高层公共建筑群城市设计控制与城市空间结构之间的关系进行解析。在简要介绍滨海湾南组团概况后,对其中的高层公共建筑群控制要点进行了梳理,并使用网络中间性指标对街道和路口的空间结构特征进行了量化分析;在此基础上,从总体分布和建筑控制两个层面揭示了高层公建群设计控制要点与空间结构之间的相关关系;结论认为,在高层公建群的城市设计控制中应当重视空间结构的基础作用,使人为控制力量与空间的内在规律性相耦合。 The relationship between the urban design control of high-rise public building complex and the urban spatial structure is analyzed by the case study of marina south area in Singapore, using the urban network centrality analysis tools. After the brief introduction of marina south area, the key points of the urban design control of high-rise public building complex in it are abstracted. At the same time, the spatial structural characteristics of the streets and their crosses are analyzed quantitatively using the network betweenness index. On the basis of that, the relationship between the control points and the spatial structure is revealed from two level, such as the general layout and the building control. It is conclude that the basic effects of the urban spatial structure should be emphasized in the urban design control of high-rise public building complex and the artificial control should be coupling with the inner order of urban space.
