城乡结合部综合公园公共服务评价研究——以武汉市白玉公园为例

Park Public Service Evaluation Of Urban-Rural Fringe Comprehensive Park——An Example On Wuhan White Jade Park

综合公园是城市公共服务的载体,在公共服务相对缺乏的城乡结合部显得尤为重要。文章通过文献分析和专家咨询,探析综合公园公共服务的内涵,以新公共服务理论和顾客价值理论为依据,运用层次分析法建立包含4个准则层、29个测度指标的综合公园公共服务评价指标体系,并以武汉市城乡结合部的白玉公园为例进入深入分析和评价,根据评价结果提出改善建议,同时为综合公园公共服务建设提供参考。

Comprehensive park, the carrier of public service, is particularly important for urban-rural fringe, which is relative lack of the public service. Through literature analysis and expert consultation, the article analyzes the connotation of comprehensive park public service and uses the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） on the basis of the new public service theory and customer value theory to establish comprehensive park public service evaluation index system containing four criterion layer and 29 measure indexes. With indepth case study and evaluation of white jade park which is located in Wuhan urban-rural fringe, the article provides improvement suggestions according to the evaluation results, and provides reference for comprehensive parks construction of public service at the same time.
