论中国建筑遗产周边环境的法律法规建设

Enacting Laws and Regulations on the Environment of Chinese Architectural Heritage

法律法规建设是建筑遗产保护中极为重要的一环。经过几十年的发展,中国建筑遗产保护的相关法律法规有了长足的进步。然而,对于遗产周边环境的保护和整治工作仍缺少关注。本文针对遗产周边环境的保护这一议题,从国家法律和地方法规两个层面出发,对当前中国相关法律法规的内容进行解析,并对相关法律法规中存在的问题进行总结并提出建议。

Enacting laws and regulations is critical on protecting architectural heritage. During the past decades, Chinese laws and regulations on architectural heritage have being made significant improvements. Yet, regarding the protection and renovation of the architectural heritage＇s surrounding environment, needed works on legislation are still lack of attention. Addressing these concerns, this article parses the contents of current Chinese national laws and domestic regulations, analytically explores their problems existed and puts forward suggestions.
