摘要
从控制方式和工程设计两个方面介绍了城市交通信号控制系统的研究现状和发展趋势,对不同种类的控制器进行了比较和分析,总结了城市交通信号控制系统工程设计方面的几点结论,最后提出了几点城市道路交通控制系统进一步研究的思路.
This paper introduced the research actuality,further applications and research directions of the Urban Traffic Control System（ UTCS） from the aspects of control methods and engineering development.Comparison and analysis of different kinds of controllers are also carried out. Some conclusions about the engineering design of UTCS are summarized. The idea of further research on the UTCS is also put forward.
