都市住宅如何更新是一个老话题,作者认为都市住宅改建的困境有二:一个是在混凝土框架内毫无作为的结构以及材料体系;另一个是都市摩登现代生活方式几乎吞没了所有的品位与高雅。作者对自宅2号的构思从内外一体化的水系开始,去构筑一个新的人工自然,使内外形成一种"野趣"。与以往设计的住宅不同,建筑师一贯的抽象结构空间设计从"真实结构"滑向"装饰结构",工艺性的空间以及家具结构设计反而上升为很重要的角色。大漆、水磨石等工艺作为一种昂贵而高难度的施工手段弥补了由于"真实结构"的局部缺位而引起的空间苍白。作为一个艰难的项目,这样的一种"都市乡土"住宅需要进一步的思考以及实践。

Urban housing renewal has been an on-going discussion.The author reflects on the predicament of urban housing reconstruction：in terms of structure and material,there is very little potential lying in the concrete framework.On the other hand,urban modern lifestyle seems have destroyed the sense of taste and elegance.The author conceives his design concept as an internal and external integration of water system,towards the construction of a new artificial nature,a sense of ＂wilderness＂ connecting the interior with the exterior.Different from conventional housing,the spatial design of abstract structure is consistently applied,from ＂real structure＂ to ＂decorative structure＂.Craft-like space and the structural design of furniture are elevated to a rather important position.Techniques such as lacquer and terrazzo,as expensive and highly challenging means of construction,are adopted to improve the conditions of the space which was effected by the fragmentary absence of ＂real structure＂.As a challenging project,this type of ＂urban rural＂ housing calls for further reflections and practices.
