摘要
云南某低品位铅锌矿中主要有价金属为铅、锌、银等,原矿含铅3.17%,含锌0.97%,含银5 g/t,在工艺矿物学研究和重介质浮沉试验的基础上,针对该矿石,开展了详细的双锥重介质旋流器分选条件试验,最终确定了比较适宜的工艺参数和工艺条件,扩大试验获得了较好的分选技术指标。
The main valuable metals in one Yunnan low grade lead-zinc ore are lead, zinc, silver and so on, the lead content in raw ore is 3.17%, the zinc content is 0.97%, the silver content is 5g/t;on the basis of process mineralogy research and dense medium sink and float testing, the condition test that the detailed bipyramidal dense medium hydrocyclone separation is carried out for above mentioned ore, so the suitable process parameters and process conditions can be confirmed, the expanding test obtained the better separation technical indicators.
