摘要
利用"双底吹炉"处理高铜铅混合精矿、富铅湿法泥、烧结返粉等物料试验证明,该工艺处理低品位复杂含铅物料具有生产运行稳定、有价金属回收率高、能源消耗低、生产作业率高等优点。这一项目试验成功不仅推动冶金技术发展,开辟了处理低品位复杂含铅物料的新技术,而且为清洁生产、循环经济、环境保护工作做出一大贡献。
The material tests by double bottom blowing furnace,such as high copper and lead mixed concentrates treatment,enriched lead slime treatment,powder returning by sintering and the other tests can prove the process for the treatment of low grade complex lead materials has the following advantages:steady production and operation,high recovery rate of valuable metals,low energy consumption,high production operation ratio and so on.This successful test ont only to promote the metallurgical technology development,but also to open the new technology for low grade complex lead materials treatment,and which makes a great contribution for cleaner production,circular economy,environment protection.
