通过城市中心区道路综合改造施工期间交通组织研究,结合道路改造的施工方案及周边路网条件,对交通影响范围内路网进行交通影响评价分析,判定施工期间的交通组织对周边路网的交通影响是否显著。在满足实施条件的前提下制定交通组织方案,并进行相配套的交通安全设施设计,以确保施工区域的交通运行安全、有序,有助于道路综合改造工程的顺利推进。
