摘要
碾压混凝土筑坝技术是目前国际坝工界较为推崇的筑坝新兴技术之一,具有施工速度快、工期短、投资省和温控相对简单等优点。本文将在台山核电淡水水源工程碾压混凝土大坝施工过程中遇到的难点,如:无法采用开采骨料生产人工砂改为干法细碎天然河砂,因采用天然砂破碎后石粉含量偏少需对混凝土配合比进行优化,针对该大坝特点研制了悬挂外承式组合钢模板等,作为关键技术进行了研究,供今后类似工程参考和借鉴。
Roller compacted concrete damming technology is one of the more popular dam construction emerging technologies in international dam technology industry currently. It has advantages of high construction speed, short construction duration, low investment, relatively simple temperature control, etc. In the paper, the problems of Taishan Nuclear Power Fresh Water Source Project during roller compacted concrete dam construction--mined aggregate cannot be used for producing artificial sand and replaced by dry method comminution fiver sand, mixing proportion of concrete should be optimized since stone powder content is less after natural sand breaking, hanging outside bearing composite steel template is developed aiming at characteristics of the dam, etc. are regarded as key techniques and studied. Thereby providing reference for similar projects in the future.
