摘要
本文介绍了供水工程水价测算的基本方法,并以柏叶口水库龙门供水工程为案例,进行成本水价计算、水价承受能力分析,从而预测合理水价,并以此水价为依据进行经济评价,判断工程的经济合理性。《水利建设项目经济评价规范》中对供水工程水价分析测算未作明确说明,因此本文水价测算方法及案例分析等对类似供水工程具有一定的借鉴指导意义。
In the paper, basic method of water price calculation in Water Supply Project is introduced. Baiyekou Reservoir Longmen Water Supply Project is adopted as a case for cost water price calculation and water price bearing ability analysis, thereby predicting rational water price. The water price is adopted as basis for economic evaluation, thereby determining economic rationality of the project. Water supply project water price analysis and calculation are not clearly described in ＇Water Conservancy Project Economic Evaluation Specification＇. Therefore, the water price calculation method, case analysis, etc. in the paper has certain reference guidance significance for similar water supply projects.
