摘要
上海市水闸工程大多涉及大体积混凝土施工,混凝土结构裂缝控制是保证水闸大体积混凝土施工质量的关键。混凝土变形受到约束从而产生混凝土结构裂缝,大体积混凝土结构所承受的变形,主要因温度和收缩而产生。因此,温度控制是保障大体积混凝土施工质量的重点,必须从原材料、混凝土配合比、施工工艺、测温监测、养护等几个方面进行控制方能达到预期效果。
Shanghai sluice projects are mostly related to mass concrete construction. Concrete structure crack control is critical to the quality of sluice mass concrete construction. Deformation of the concrete is restrained to produce concrete structure crack, and deformation of mass concrete structure is mainly produced due to temperature and shrinkage. Therefore, temperature control is the key to safeguard the quality of mass concrete construction. Expected effect can be. achieved through controlling raw materials, concrete mix proportion, construction technology, temperature monitoring, maintenance, etc.
