摘要
本文基于水位-流量-人口关系的防洪能力评价方法和水位流量反推法的雨量预警指标分析,以乐清市山洪分析评价为例,给出了山洪灾害分析评价流程。在大量调查工作的基础上,提出了山洪灾害分析注意事项及改进措施,对其他地区及以后的山洪灾害分析、预警具有重要的参考价值。
In the paper, the mountain torrent analysis and evaluation of Leqing are adopted as examples for providing mountain torrent disaster analysis and evaluation process, which based on the flood control capacity evaluation method of water level back-stepping method. Precautions and improvement measures in mountain torrent disaster analysis are proposed after a large number of field works. It has important reference value for future mountain torrent disaster analysis and early warning in other areas.
