血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1(PECAM-1)与肿瘤关系研究进展

摘要 血小板内皮细胞粘附分子-1(PECAM-1)是免疫球蛋白超家族细胞粘附分子中的一种,是参与血小板黏附和聚集的关键因子,对其基因及蛋白质结构已进行了较为深入的研究。研究发现,PECAM-1所介导的细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质间黏附作用与多种生理反应密切相关;也在炎症反应、创伤愈合及血管生成等多方面均具有重要的意义;多种疾病尤其是心血管疾病如动脉粥样硬化等的发病与PECAM-1也密切相关,且PECAM-1的基因多态性也会影响PECAM-1的功能。近期越来越多的研究已表明PECAM-1作为黏附因子在肿瘤生长中起着重要作用,但对其在不同肿瘤中的作用、作用方式及机制仍未明确,需要进一步探索。而抗PECAM-1治疗的情况也很大程度上鼓舞了我们。本文就PECAM-1与肿瘤的关系及研究进展综述如下。 Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1( PECAM-1) is one of the immunoglobulin superfamily cell adhesion molecules,and is the key factor involved in platelet adhesion and aggregation. The gene and protein structure of PECAM-1 has been already studied. The studies have found that adhesion effect mediated by PECAM-1including cells and cells,cells and extracellular matrix is closely related to a variety of physiological reaction; and PECAM-1 also have the vital significance in inflammation,wound healing and angiogenesis and so on; A variety of diseases,especially cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis disease,are closely related to PECAM-1,and PECAM-1gene polymorphism may affect the function of PECAM-1. Further studies indicate that PECAM-1 plays an important role in tumor growth as an adhesion factor,but its roles in different tumors,the methods and mechanisms of PECAM-1 are still not clear,and need further exploration. Treatments of anti-PECAM-1 have greatly inspired us. In this paper,the relationships between PECAM-1 and tumors,and associated research progress have been reviewed as follows.
