摘要
目的优选金毛耳草配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以得膏率、芦丁的转移率为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,优选提取工艺。结果金毛耳草配方颗粒优选提取工艺为加12倍量水,煎煮2次,1次1h。结论该工艺条件提取充分,稳定可行,且适用于大生产,可作为金毛耳草配方颗粒的提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Hedyotis chrysoticha dispensing Granules. METHODS The extraction process of the dispensing granules was optimized through orthogonal experimentwhile the yield of dry extracts,the content of rutin,and influences of solvent dosage,extractiontime and extraction times were studied. RESULTS The optimum extraction process conditions were determined asfollows: To add water with 1 ∶ 12,and to decoct 2 times,decoct time 1heverytime. CONCLUSION The extraction process is reasonable. The method can be used for industrial production.
