摘要
目的建立对乙酰氨基酚片的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Waters-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(30∶70),流速为1.0m L·min^(-1),柱温为35℃,检测波长为246nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚进样量在0.0402~1.0055μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.43%,RSD=0.31%(n=9)。结论该方法准确度、灵敏度及重复性均较好,可作为对乙酰氨基酚片的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of acetaminophen tablets. METHODS Column Waters-C18( 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm),mobile phase was methanol∶1% acetic acid solution( 30 ∶ 70),the flow rate was 1. 0m L · min^(-1),the column temperature was 35℃,the detection wavelength was246 nm. RESULTS The sample presented good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0402 ~ 1. 0055μg,r =0. 9997. The average recovery rate was 99. 43%,RSD = 0. 31%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method was accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and can be used as an assay for the determination of the content of acetaminophen tablets.
