摘要
目的建立测定芒硝中硫酸根的离子色谱方法。方法选用DIONEX Ion Pac AS11-HC(4mm×250mm)色谱柱,淋洗液为30mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钾溶液,流速为1.0m L·min^(-1),电导检测器。结果硫酸根在1~200μg·m L^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994).其高中低3种浓度的平均回收率分别为96.7%(n=9)。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于芒硝的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop an ion chromatography method for determination of Sulfate Radical in Natrii Sulfas. METHODS The separation was performed on DIONEX Ion Pac AS11-HC( 4mm × 250mm) column eluted with 30mmol· L^(-1) Potassium hydroxide flowrate of 1m L · min^(-1) by using conductivity detector. RESULTS Sulfate Radical showed good linearity( r = 0. 9994) in the range of 1 ~ 200μg·m L^(-1),and the average recovery was96. 7%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is accurate,sensitive and simple. It can be used for the quality control of Natrii Sulfas.
