摘要
目的不经分离直接测定痒可宁洗剂中盐酸达克罗宁和麝香草酚的含量。方法采用系数倍率法,选择测定波长为281.2nm和291.6nm。结果两组分的相关系数分别的r=0.9996,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.6%和100.4%,RSD为0.48%和0.47%。结论该方法可靠、简便、准确,适用于痒可宁洗剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine Dyclonine hydrochloride and Thymol in Itchlessness lotions without isolation. METHODS It was assayed by coefficient multiplying ratio spectrophotometry,the detective wavelengths were respectively 281. 2nm and 291. 6nm. RESULTS The correlation coefficients of two constituents were 0. 9996 and0. 9998,the average recoveries were 99. 6%（ RSD = 0. 48%） and 100. 4%（ RSD = 0. 47%）. CONCLUSION The method was reliable,simple and accurate. It can be applied to effective control of the quality of Itchlessness lotions.
