摘要
目的建立原子吸收分光光度(AAS)法测定明胶空心胶囊中铬的含量。方法样品湿法消解处理后,采用AAS法测定明胶空心胶囊中铬的含量。结果铬在5~80ng·m L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991;平均回收率为100.8%(n=6),RSD为5.8%。结论本方法简单、快速、准确;可用于明胶空心胶囊中有害重金属铬的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a AAS method to determine Cr in gelatin vacant capsules. METHODS The sample was handled by wet digestion system,the content of Cr in the samples was determined by AAS. RESULTS The good linear relation was obtained from 5 to 80ng·m L^(-1) for Cr with a regression coefficient of0. 9991. The averaged recovery rate of potassium was 100. 8%( n = 6) with RSD of 5. 8%. CONCLUSION The methods is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to control harmful heavy met als Cr in gelatin vacant capsules.
