摘要
本文以中国石化油田板块某专业技术高级研修班为例,该研修班尝试运用结构化研讨手段,优化研修报告的完成流程并取得了良好的培训效果,对相关类型培训的研修报告质量优化工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
The paper introduces the experience of an advanced technical personnel training course of SINOPEC targeted for the oilfield segment which applied structured discussion to optimize the development process of training reports, with good results achieved, providing useful lessons for other training programs of similar nature in optimizing the quality of training reports.
