经济发展的全球化对我国科研院所的科研工作提出了新的要求,广泛的国际合作及高效的国际合作管理是保证科研水平国际化的必由之路。本文分析了国际合作管理的意义、主要内容和目前存在的问题,并提出了一些改进的建议。

The globalization of economic development has made new demands on the research undertaking of China＇s research institutes. Broad international cooperation and efficient management is key to ensuring the research work is up to international standard. The paper analyses the significance, main content as well as existing problems in international cooperation management, and makes several proposals for improvement.
