Analysis of Factors Influencing Hole Cleaning of Daqing Changyuan Parallel Fault Directional Well

针对大庆油田长垣断层区的剩余油开采,采用了平行断层定向井技术。考虑到井眼清洁在平行断层定向井技术中的重要性,分析了井斜角与环空返速、井眼尺寸与偏心度、机械钻速、钻柱转速等影响因素,提出了优选排量、提高动塑比、使用高速旋转钻具等措施,保障了平行断层定向井井眼的清洁。

In view of the remaining oil drilling in Daqing Changyuan fault zone, we use the technology of parallel fault directional well. Considering the importance of hole cleaning in parallel fault directional well technology, this paper analyzes the deviation angle and the annular return velocity, hole size and eccentricity, mechanical drilling rate, effect factors including rotating speed of the drill string, then proposes measures from the aspect of optimization to improve the dynamic plastic ratio, displacement using high-speed rotating drilling tools, which guarantee the parallel fault directional well hole cleaning.
