河北省作为农业大省,实现全面建成小康社会的重点和难点都在农村农民增收问题。河北省农村农民收入总量增加但增速缓慢,通过调整农业产业结构、统筹城乡发展、加大政策支持、提高农民科技素质、精准扶贫等,促进农民收入持续增加,确保河北省实现全面建成小康社会的战略目标。

As a major agricultural province, the important and difficult problem for Hebei to achieve a comprehensive well-off society is in farmers＇ income. The total income of the farmers increases in rural Hebei province, but the growth is slow. By adjusting the agricultural structure, urban and rural development, increasing policy support to improve the farmers＇ quality of science and technology, promote farmers＇ income to increase steadily to ensure the realization of the strategic building of a moderately prosperous society in Hebei province.
