Study on the Current Situation of China Green Bond Market and the Enlightenment

近年来,作为绿色金融的重要组成部分,绿色债券在国内外债券市场中飞速发展。16京汽绿色债01和16协合风电MTN001的成功发行,标志着国内绿色债券发行真正从理论走向实践。本文以这两支绿色债券为例,通过与普通债券对比,分析绿色债券的市场认可度及存在的亮点,并探讨当前我国绿色债券市场中存在的问题及启示。

In recent years,the green bonds,which as an important part of green finance,has achieved great development at home and abroad bond market.The successfully issue of 16 BAIC MOTOR CORPORATION.LTD GREEN BOND 01 and 16CNEMTN001,marks the issue of domestic green bond from the theory to the practice.In this paper,two green bonds are taken as an example,through comparing with the common bonds,the degree of market recognition and highlights are analyzed in the process of issuing.In addition,the existing problems are also put forward in our current country green bond market.
