摘要
科研项目立项是科研工作的初始环节,必须对所有申报项目进行准确的评价分析。在分析科研立项评审指标体系的基础上,给出了一种基于物元模型的可拓综合评价方法。首先定义了科研项目评审物元模型的经典域和节域,给出了关联度的计算公式,然后通过多层次综合评价的方法确定科研项目的等级,并通过算例说明了该方法的有效性。
The evaluation of scientific research projects is first stage of scientific research,so the applying projects must be evaluated accurately.Firstly,the index system for evaluation of scientific research projects is analyzed.The the extension comprehensive evaluation method based on the applying projects matter-element model is set up.The classics field and segment field of matter-element model are defined.Then the calculating formula of relationship degree are given.The rank of applying projects can be determined by the multi-layer comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the validity of this method is demonstrated in an example.
