盾构区间施工阶段邻近建筑物风险评估

摘要 由于城市地铁穿过的地区多处于城市繁华地段,对周边建筑物影响较大。地下岩土体的开挖会引起地表沉降和变形,地表沉降到一定的程度,将影响地面建筑物的安全及正常使用,引起一系列岩土的环境工程问题。本文以南昌地铁某盾构施工区间为例,结合现场调查情况和地质资料等,进行隧道施工对邻近建筑物影响进行风险评估,提出风险控制措施,以期对同类工程有一定参考价值。 Most areas where goes across urban subway are located in downtown,which may have large influence on surrounding buildings. Underground rock mass excavation will cause the surface subsidence and deformation. The subsidence to a certain extent will affect the safety of ground buildings and the normal use,causing a series of environmental and geotechnical engineering problems. Exampled by a certain range of shield construction of Nanchang subway,combined with field investigation and geological data,etc.,the paper conducts the risk assessment of the tunnel construction influence on adjacent buildings and then puts forward risk control measures in order to have a certain reference value for similar projects.
