摘要
教师微课学习是指在教师非正式学习视域下,借助微课学习不受时间、场域、内容、结构和方法等限制的优势,通过革新教师观念,强化其非正式及微课学习意识和能力、秉持多维原则,设计多元微课及搭建完善的教师微课学习平台等策略,推动教师借助微课进行泛在学习、减压学习及自主学习,为教师借助微课资源充分提升自身素养提供实践可能。本文通过论述新数字时代教师正式学习的尴尬,分析微课学习为教师非正式学习提供的资源优势及其可行性,借助策略探讨推动教师借助微课学习,为教师走出学习困境提供实践选择。
Teachers’ micro-courses learning means study with micro-courses under the visual threshold of infor-mal learning. With the aid of advantages, micro-courses learning is no limit on the time, field, content, struc-ture and method. By reforming teachers’ idea, strengthening their consciousness and ability in the aspects of informal and micro-courses learning, designing micro-courses under the multivariate principle, putting up per-fect micro-courses learning platform to promote teachers’ ubiquitous, decompression and autonomous learning. This paper analyzes teachers’ embarrassment under the formal learning situation, the feasibility and advantages of micro-courses as the new informal learning resources to provide teachers with more practical choice.
