利咽解毒方治疗放射性口腔炎临床研究

Clinical Observation of Liyanjiedu Prescription for the Prevention and Control of Radioactive Stomatitis

目的：观察利咽解毒方防治放射性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用生理盐水进行口腔护理,每日5次,疼痛时再将体积分数2%利多卡因10 m L加入体积分数0.9%生理盐水500 m L中进行含漱。观察组采用利咽解毒方40 m L进行口腔护理。每日晨起早餐前、三餐后及临睡前进行含漱,每次含漱3～5 min,反复4～5次。观察两组患者放射性口腔炎的临床疗效。结果：观察组放射性口腔炎发生情况显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且口腔炎愈合时间为（5.5±1.3）d,与对照组愈合时间（9.0±1.5）d比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论：利咽解毒方可有效预防放射性口腔炎的发生,改善患者生存质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Liyanjiedu Prescription for the prevention and control of radioactive stomatitis. Methods： 70 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group using saline oral care,5 times a day,pain condition again the volume fraction of 2% lidocaine 10 m L addition to gargle volume fraction of 0. 9% normal saline 500 m L. The observation group used 40 m L Liyanjiedu Prescription for oral care. Every morning mouthwash before breakfast,after meals and before going to sleep,every 3- 5 minutes rinse,repeated 4- 5 times. Observed the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with radioactive stomatitis. Results： The incidence of radiation stomatitis of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the healing time of stomatitis in the observation group was（ 5. 5 ± 1. 3） days,and the control group was（ 9. 0 ± 1. 5） days,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Liyanjiedu Prescription can effectively prevent the occurrence of radioactive stomatitis,improve the quality of life of patients.
