摘要
microRNA ( miRNA)是一种内源性的、短小非编码 RNA,具有重要的生物学功能。报道显示miRNA在慢性髓系白血病中表达异常,可作为肿瘤抑制基因或癌基因参与慢性髓系白血病的发生、发展及耐药等过程,这表明miRNA在慢性髓系白血病中起着关键作用。以下将从miRNA在慢性髓系白血病中的异常表达,靶向作用于Bcr-Abl的miRNA以及miRNA的异常表达与临床耐药三方面进行论述。
microRNA ( miRNA) is an endogenous and short non-coding RNA, and has im-portant biological functions. Studies showed that miRNA was abnormally expressed in chronic mye-loid leukemia, and it participated in the occurrence, development and drug-resistance of chronic myeloid leukemia, indicating a pivotal role of miRNA in these conditions. Here, we review the ab-normal expression of miRNA in chronic myeloid leukemia, Bcr-Abl-targeting miRNA, and correla-tion between abnormal miRNA expression and clinical drug resistance in chronic myeloid leukemia.
