导师制结合品管圈活动在老年病科临床带教中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探索导师制结合品管圈活动对老年病科临床带教效果的影响,完善老年护理临床实习教育体系,提高护生综合素质。方法2013年1月—2014年12月将进入老年病科实习的护生按实习时间分为对照组和观察组,对照组(80人)采用传统带教模式,观察组(80人)采用导师制结合品管圈活动,对护生临床带教存在的问题,根据个体差异,因材施教,通过品管圈活动步骤进行改进。比较两组带教效果。结果观察组护生的理论考核、基础操作、专科操作、健康教育能力、教学查房和综合能力评价得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但晨间提问考核得分两组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组护生对护理教学活动、护理业务教学能力、带教态度和整体满意度评价得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05),但两组护生自身素质评价得分差异无统计学意义( P〉0.05)。带教老师对观察组护生的学习态度、工作态度、工作能力、差错事故以及总体满意度评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05),但对两组护生的思想品德、劳动纪律评价差异无统计学意义( P〉0.05)。观察组护生对带教老师综合素质和带教态度评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论导师制结合品管圈活动能够改善老年病科的临床带教效果,提高护生综合素质。 Objective To explore the effects of tutorial system combined with quality control system in clinical teaching of gerontology department, in order to improve the clinical practice education system and comprehensive quality of nursing students.Methods A total of 160 nursing students who would practice in the gerontology department from January 2013 to December 2014 were assigned to the control group ( n=80) and the observation group ( n=80) according to the internship time. Students in the control group were given traditional teaching mode, while students in the observation group were received tutorial system combined with quality control system. Problems in clinical teaching were improved according to the individual differences through the steps of quality control circle. Results of teaching effect were compared between two groups. Results The scores of theoretical examination, basic operation, specialized operation, health education ability, teaching ward-rounds and comprehensive abilities in the observation group were significantly higher than the scores in the control group ( P〈0.05) . There was no difference in the scores of morning questioning between two groups ( P〉0.05). In the observation group, the scores of nursing undergraduates′ teaching job satisfaction for nursing teaching activities, teaching ability, teaching attitudes were higher than the control group ( P〈0.05) . There was no difference in the scores of their quality evaluation ( P〈0.05) . In the observation group, the scores of nursing undergraduates′job satisfaction in learning attitude, work attitude, work ability, accident and overall satisfaction were higher than that in the control group ( P〈0.05) . However, the differences in the scores of labor discipline, ideology and morality between two groups were not significant ( P〉0. 05 ) . The scores of clinical teachers′comprehensive quality and teaching attitude in the observation group were higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusions Tutorial system combined with quality control circle activity can improve the clinical teaching effect and the comprehensive quality of nursing students.
