体外循环手术患者胸部物理治疗的研究进展

我国体外循环手术量大，且数量逐年递增。肺部并发症是体外循环手术的常见并发症，可导致病死率、住院费用增加，ICU停留时间及总住院时间延长。胸部物理治疗是用物理的技术预防或改善呼吸道分泌物的阻塞，保持呼吸道通畅的治疗方法，可以有效预防或改善肺部并发症。本文就胸部物理治疗的应用必要性、护理人员运用的可行性、实施的安全性、常用治疗技术进行综述。

In China, there are large amount of extracorporeal circulation operations, and the number is increasing year by year. Pulmonary complication is a common complication of extracorporeal circulation operation, and it can lead mortality and hospitalization costs increasing; it also can extend ICU stay and total length of hospital stay. Chest physiotherapy is a kind of therapy that use physical technology that to prevent or improve the blocking of respiratory secretions and keep the respiratory tract unobstructed, and prevent or improve pulmonary complications effectively. This paper reviews the necessity, the feasibility of use for nursing staff, the safety of the chest physiotherapy and the common techniques.
