经腹超声、64排螺旋CT对腹腔淋巴管瘤的诊断价值(附5例报告)

The Value of Abdominal Ultrasound and 64 Slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Lymphangiomas:A Report of 5 Cases

目的:探讨经腹超声、64排螺旋CT对腹腔淋巴管瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术、病理证实腹腔淋巴管瘤5例,均行腹部超声、CT检查,其中3例行CT增强扫描。结果:经腹超声及CT检查腹腔淋巴管瘤表现为腹腔内单房性囊肿2例,多房性囊肿3例,淋巴管瘤沿组织间隙内生长,形状不规则,界限清晰,直径约3-17cm不等。2例囊性肿块内可见血管及穿行小肠组织。3例CT增强扫描囊壁强化,分隔轻度强化,囊内液性部分无强化。术前经腹超声正确诊断2例,正确率40%,CT正确诊断4例,正确率80%。结论:腹腔淋巴管瘤是临床少见腹腔病变,其影像表现为腹腔内单房或多房囊肿,沿组织间隙生长,形态多不规则为特征,术前借助经腹超声、CT检查综合分析,可为临床治疗提供重要价值。

Purpose： To explore the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound and 64 slick spiral CT in the diagnosis of abdominal lymphangiomas. Materials and Methods： Retrospective analysis of 5 cases of abdominal lymphangiomas con- firmed by surgery and pathology, all of 5 cases were examed abdominal ultrasound and CT examination, of which 3 cases were examed CT enhanced scan. Results： The manifestations of abdominal lymphangiomas were ： single atrial cyst（ n = 2）, multi- ple atrial cysts （ n = 3 ）, abdominal lymphangiomas growed in interstitial space and the shape were irregular. Lesions diameter were about 3 - 17em. Cystic mass with blood vessels and small intestinal tissue in 2 cases. Wall and separated mild en- hanced, the liquid part of the sac was not enhanced in 3 Cases of CT enhanced scanning. Preoperative abdominal ultrasonogra- phy correctly diagnosed 2 eases, the correct rate was 40%, CT was diagnosed in 4 cases, the correct rate was 80%. Conclu- sion： Abdominal lymphangiomas is a rare disease in abdomen. The imaging findings of it were single or the multi room cyst, Growed along the tissue space and with the irregular shape. Preoperative analysis by abdominal ultrasound and CT examination can provide important value for clinical treatment.
