糖类抗原在2型糖尿病患者血清中的表达特点

The expression features of carbohydrate antigen in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清糖类抗原表达特点。方法设糖尿病组(DM组)817例、健康对照组(NC组)205例,检测两组人群外周血糖类抗原242(CA242)、糖类抗原211(CA211)、糖类抗原50(CA50)、糖类抗原724(CA72-4)、糖类抗原199(CA19-9)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA15-3)水平,比较组间差异;DM组根据糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平分成4个亚组,比较亚组间差异。结果 DM组CA242、CA211、CA50、CA19-9、CA125、CA15-3高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间CA72-4水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4个亚组间CA242、CA50、CA19-9、CA125、CA15-3水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中CA242、CA50、CA19-9水平随Hb A1c升高而升高(P<0.05);CA211、CA72-4亚组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病会引起多项糖类抗原水平增高,其中CA242、CA50、CA19-9水平与血糖控制密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression features of carbohydrate antigen in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM）. Methods Setting the diabetes group（ 817 cases） and the control group（ 205 cases）,the levels of CA242,CA211,CA50,CA72- 4,CA19- 9,CA125,CA15- 3 were detected respectively,and the differences between the two groups were compared. The diabetes group was divided into four subgroups according to the level of Hb A1 c,and the differences of each index among the four groups were compared. Results The levels of CA242,CA211,CA50,CA19- 9,CA125,CA15- 3 in the DM group were higher than the control group,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the levels difference of CA72- 4 had no statistical significance between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The levels differences of CA242,CA50,CA19- 9,CA125,CA15- 3 were statistically significant among four subgroups（ P〈0. 01）,and the levels of CA242,CA50,CA19- 9increased with the levels of Hb A1c（ P〈0. 05）. There were no statistical significance on the levels of CA72- 4 and CA211 among the four subgroups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes can cause the increase of carbohydrate antigen levels,of which CA242,CA50,CA19- 9 levels are closely related to blood sugar control.
