荧光衍生化法测定杏干中总亚硫酸盐 被引量:2

Determination of total sulfite in dried apricots with fluorescence derivatization method

摘要 目的建立荧光衍生化法测定杏干中总亚硫酸盐的方法。方法使用NAM[N-(9-吖啶基)马来酰亚胺]为衍生化试剂,其与亚硫酸盐发生衍生化反应生成强荧光产物,采用荧光法对杏干中的总亚硫酸盐含量进行测定。结果该法的线性范围为1.20 mg/L^43.2 mg/L,线性回归方程为y=38.99x+398.88,相关系数为0.999 3;该方法的最低检出限为0.50μg;回收率为92.2%~100.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.80%。结论该方法测定结果与国家标准方法检测结果基本一致,为干果中总亚硫酸盐含量的快速测定提供可选择的方法。 Objective To establish a fluorescence derivatization method for the determination of total sulfite in dried apricots.Methods NAM[N-( 9- acridine) maleic imide] was used as the derivatization reagent which reacts with sulfite to form strong fluorescence,and the total content of sulphite in apricot was determined by fluorescence method. Results The linearity of this method was within 1. 20 mg/L- 43. 2 mg/L,the linear regression equation was y = 38. 99 x + 398. 88,and the correlation coefficient( r) was 0. 999 3; the lowest detection limit was 0. 50 μg; and the recoveries were within 92. 2%- 100. 2%,with the relative standard deviation( RSD) ≤3. 80%. Conclusion The results of this method are consistent with the results of national standard method,which can provide alternative methods for rapid determination of total sulfite content in dry fruits.
