摘要
目的分析滨州市2015年度食品安全监督抽验中发现的不合格样品概况,以利于对滨州食品安全质量进行有效监督。方法汇总2015年食品监督抽检数据,对抽验的不合格样品进行统计分析。不合格样品的市场环节分布及不合格项目依据百分比进行计算,不合格率之间的比较采用卡方检验。结果全年共抽验食品1 084批次,其中92批次不合格,不合格率为8.49%。从市场各个环节来看,不合格率最高的是餐饮服务环节(10.36%),其次为流通环节(5.90%),生产环节最低(3.91%)。其中,生产环节和餐饮服务环节不合格率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从不合格项目来看,不合格项目数量最多的为微生物(49.04%)和化学物质(38.46%)。结论政府应加强对餐饮服务环节中微生物与化学物质的检测,确保市民食品安全。
Objective To understand the overview of unqualified food samples from food safety spot- checking in Binzhou in2015,so as to facilitate the effective supervision of food safety quality in Binzhou. Methods To summarize the data of food spot- checking in 2015,and to analyze the unqualified food samples statistically. The calculation of market segment distribution and unqualified items of unqualified food samples was performed based on percentage,and the comparison between the unqualified rate was analyzed by chi square test. Results A total of 1 084 batches of food were sampled the whole year,with 92 unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 8. 49%. Viewed by each link of the market,the highest unqualified rate was the food and beverage service segment( 10. 36%),followed by the circulation( 5. 90%),the lowest was the production segment( 3. 91%). The unqualified rate difference between the production segment and the food and beverage service segment was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Viewed by unqualified items,microbes( 49. 04%) and chemical agent( 38. 46%) were the items with the largest unqualified rate. Conclusion In order to ensure the safety of food for citizen,the supervision of food and beverage service segment and the test of microbes and chemical agent should be strengthened.
