基于乙烯压缩机的离心压缩机材料利用技术分析

摘要 分析了国内外企业在乙烯压缩机方面的材料应用情况。以国产乙烯压缩机叶轮选用的1Ni9材料为对象,分析了该类材料在中国GB、欧洲EN、美国ASME(ASTM)、日本JIS等不同标准体系下的要求及技术处理过程,分别从标准(锻件、板材)、牌号、成分、室温机械性能(拉伸、冲击)以及与之相对应的详细的热处理工艺进行了比较。认为在工程应用方面,ASME体系更为完善和科学。 The materials used for ethylene compressor were analyzed for domestic and foreign products. Take the material 1Ni9 used for ethylene compressor as an example impellers manufactured in China,the different requirements and technical process of it was analyzed with respect to different standards such as GB, EN, ASME (ASTM) and JIS. The piece type, grade, composition, mechanical properties (tensile, impact) as well as the corresponding detailed heat treatment process were compared. With respect to engineering applications, the ASME standard is more systemtacially and scientific compare to other standards.
