摘要
本文就一台工业尾气透平膨胀机试车过程中的振动故障,依据试车频谱及轴心轨迹等试车数据,以理论分析和经验判断对该故障进行了诊断与分析,从机组结构、平衡方式、装配工艺、轴承间隙等方面查找原因,并采取相应的改进措施,成功排除了振动故障。
In this paper, the vibration fault of an industrial exhaust gas turbo expander was analyzed based on test data of the vibration frequency spectrum and axis track. With the help of theoretical analysis and knowledge based on experience, the reasons of vibration faults could be identified with respect to the unit structure, balance type, assembly process and bearing gap, etc.. Improvements for all problems could be implemented such that vibration faults could be successfully eliminated.
