摘要
全科教师的培养是我国小学教育教学改革的趋势。同时,对小学全科教师的培养模式也存在多种解读,诸如培养"通才型"教师、培养"超理性"全科教师等理论探讨盛极一时。在当前新教育改革的目标指引下,"理性与人性相互交融"的发展路径是小学全科教师培养模式方法论解读的合理归宿,也是立足于教师教育生命本身发展的学理性基础。
The Training of the general teachers is the trend of primary school education and teaching reform in China. Meanwhile,there is different understanding of the training mode of the primary school general teachers.People have a fierce theory discussion of developing the "generalist style"teachers or "rational style"teachers.Under the guidance of new educational reform goal,the developing path of rational and humanistic integration should be the right way of understanding the methodology of primary school general teachers training mode,and also it's the theoretical basis of teachers' education development.
