摘要
20世纪80年代以来,美国中小学教师培养模式先后从选择性教师培养模式、城市教师驻校模式发展到临床实践培养模式。审视美国中小学教师培养模式可以看出,尽管各个阶段呈现出不同的特点,但都始终关注未来教师的教育实践。走向实践是教师教育的应然追求,关注实践是教师教育的实然样态。
Since 1980 s,the teacher training models in American primary and secondary schools were developed from Alternative Teacher Model,Urban Teacher Residency Model to Clinically Based Model for Teacher Preparation. Through examining these models,we can see although different features appeared in each level,they all focus on teachers' educational practice. Heading for practice is the pursuit of teachers' education,and focusing on practice is the actual pattern of teachers' education.
