孟鲁司特联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的观察及对血清IgE的影响

Effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray for treatment of children allergic rhinitis and its effect on serum IgE

目的观察孟鲁司特联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效及对血清IgE的影响。方法选取符合变应性鼻炎（AR）标准的90例患儿随机分为A、B、C三组，A组给予孟鲁司特钠片，B组给予布地奈德鼻喷剂，C组给予孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗，均治疗28d。分别于治疗前、后对鼻部症状评分及生活质量进行对比，并检测血清IgE含量。结果C组总有效率为93.3％，优于A组的83.3％及B组的80．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后三组患儿临床症状评分及生活质量评分均有改善（P〈0．05），但C组较A、B组改善更显著（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义；治疗后三组患儿血清IgE含量与治疗前比较均有明显下降，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且C组较A、B组下降更明显（P〈0．05）；三组患儿均未见严重不良反应。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效较好，且可降低血清IgE水平，改善并提高患儿生活质量，减少诱发哮喘的风险。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray for treatment of children allergic rhinitis and its effect on serum IgE. Methods The 90 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were selected.Randomly divided into three groups A,B,C. Montelukast Sodium Tablets to A group,B group received Budesonide Nasal Spray,C group received Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray.All were treated for 28 days. Respectively,before treatment and after,the quality of life scores and nasal symptoms scores were compared, and serum IgE were detected. Results The total effective rate of group C was 93.3%, better than the A group （83.3%） and B group （80%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of clinical symptoms and quality of life of the 3 groups after treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. But the C group compared with A group, B group improved more significantly（P〈0.05）. The 3 groups after the treatment of serum IgE content compared with before treatment were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and C group than in A group,B group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Serious adverse reactions in 3 groups were not found. Conclusions The curative effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis is better, and can reduce the serum level of IgE, and improve the quality of life of children, reduce the risk of asthma.
