摘要
结合YB1叶片泵进行FMECA分析,基于功能方框图列举故障模式,分析出了叶片泵失效模式的严重度、频度和难检度等指标,对可能出现的问题采取提前预防措施。根据RPN风险顺序数确定叶片泵的主要失效模式,编制FMECA故障模式表,优化叶片泵关键零件结构,以提高叶片泵的使用性能及工作效率,应用UG软件完成YB1叶片泵整体三维造型以及装配。
Combined with YB 1 vane pump FMECA analysis, failure mode based on enumerating the function block diagram, analyze the vane pump failure mode severity, frequency and difficult to check index, to problems that may arise to take precautionary measures in advance. According to the number of RPN risk order to determine the main failure mode of the vane pump, the preparation of FMECA failure mode table, optimize the structure of the key parts of the blade pump, in order to improve the performance and efficiency of the vane pump. Application of UG software to complete the YB 1 blade pump overall three-dimensional modeling and assembly.
