基于J积分的半柔性路面材料抗裂研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用三点弯曲半圆梁试验,对3种不同基体设计空隙率的半柔性材料断裂韧度值(Jc)进行测定,同时在有限元软件(ABAQUS)中模拟半柔性材料的力学特性并计算其Jc值,将试验与有限元结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明,J积分理论的断裂韧度值可有效评价半柔性材料的抗裂性能,三点弯曲半圆梁试验可评价半柔性材料的抗裂性能。 In this paper, the fracture toughness value (Jc)of semi-flexible material is tested by threepoint bending beam test with three different matrix porosity design, in the meantime the mechanical properties of semi-flexible material are stimulated in the finite element software (ABAQUS) and the Jc value is calculated, and the test results are compared with the finite element analysis results. It is shown that the fracture toughness J integral theory can effectively evaluate the crack resistance of semi-flexible material, and the semi-circular three-point bending beam test can evaluate the crack resistance of semi- flexible material .
