铰接式矿用汽车泵控有源定比分流冷却系统研究

摘要 为了提高铰卡湿盘制动器的散热效率,提出了定比分流冷却的理念。基于这一理念,分析了冷却对象的流量需求及工作特性,设计了冷却器组件、有源定比分流组件,建立了泵控有源定比分流冷却系统。在元件布局上,进行了布置的紧凑化和集成化设计;在流量分配上,考虑了冷却流量的安全、精确分配且连续可调;在控制模式上,建立了根据冷却对象温度反馈的压力控制型泵控模型,实现了湿盘制动系统的温度控制。最后,进行了实验样机的验证,结果表明:湿盘制动系统油温在连续制动工况下油温始终低于100℃,能够满足连续制动需求。 In order to improve the radiating efficiency of the articulated dump truck's wet multiple brakes, the paper puts forward the idea of pump-controlling active constant proportional flow-divided cooling hydraulic system. Basing on the idea, the paper analyzes the flow requirement of cooling object and properties of cooling actuator, designs cooler and active constant proportional flow-divided assembly, establishes pump-controlling active constant proportional flow-divided cooling hydraulic system. In the layout, achieving compact and integrated arrangement of component. In the flow distribution, considering continuous adjustable safe accurate flow division. In the model of control, establishing the pump-controlling model of pressure control type based on the temperature feedback of the cooling object, achieving temperature control of wet multiple braking system. Finally, through the prototype experiment was made, the results show that the coolant tempertures of the wet multiple braking system are less than 100 degree during continuous braking condition and meet the needs of continuous braking.
