茶叶生产是我国农林业重要的支柱产业之一。党的十八大以来,我国经济步入新常态,茶产业发展也是如此。特别是近年来,由于受茶叶生产劳动成本上升、茶叶产能增长过快、互联网销售风行和茶叶生产技术创新发展的影响,连云港茶产业面临诸多机遇和挑战。开展连云港市茶产业科技创新研究,坚持"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的核心发展理念,强化茶产业的思路创新、产品创新和科技创新,遵循现代农林业发展的产业化、科技化、数字化、网络化、生态化的发展思路,明晰发展路径,助推"十三五"连云港市茶产业再上新台阶,实现新跨越。

Tea production is one of the important mainstay industry of our national agro forestry. Since the 18th session of congress, our national economy has stepped into the New Normal, as well as the tea industry development. Especially in recent years,with the influences of the tea productive labor costs rising,excess tea production capacity, popular in Internet sales,the technology innovation and development of tea production, now Lianyungang tea industry faces many opportunities and challenges. We should develop our tea industry science and technology innovation research, adhere to the core development concept of ＂innovation, harmonious, green, open, and sharing＂, strengthening the innovation of thought, production and technology, adhere to the development thought of modern forestry industrialization,technicalization, digitization, networked,and ecologicalization, clear the development roadmap and promote ＂The 13th Five-Year Plan＂ of our city tea industry up to a new level,achieve a new round of development.
