摘要
教学专业化是教师教育发展的必然要求,也是师范生培养的应然逻辑。专业情意缺失、专业知识薄弱、专业能力欠缺是影响当前师范生教学专业化的三大因素。促进师范生教学专业化必须培育专业情意,让师范生"愿教";夯实专业知识,让师范生"能教";提升专业能力,让师范生"会教"。"三教圆融",乃是师范生教学专业化发展的内在机理。
Teaching professionalization, as a necessary requirement of the development of teacher education, ought to be logical in terms of normal students' cultivation. At present, there are three main factors influencing normal students' teaching professionalization, namely, the lack of professional affective, the weakness of professional knowledge and the weakness of professional ability. Three measures should be taken to promote normal students' teaching professionalization: Cultivating normal students' professional affective so they "are willing to teach", Consolidating normal students' professional knowledge so they "are able to teach" and Enhancing normal students' professional ability so they "are good at teaching". "The unity of the three teaching measures" is the inner mechanism of promoting normal students' professional development.
