摘要
国内外经济形势变化对技术技能人才需求与职业教育发展提出了新的要求。在此基础上,根据教育自身的发展规律和时代要求提出了职业教育现代化的愿景,并阐述了实现职业教育现代化愿景的重要条件:第一,要提高对技术技能人才和职业教育重要性的认识;第二,要明确行业企业和社会力量在职业教育中的地位;第三,要健全职业教育经费保障投入保障机制;第四,建立国家资格(资历)框架;第五,提高技术技能人才的经济待遇和社会地位。
New requirements for the development of vocational and technical education have been put forward with the changes of the economic situation home and abroad. According to the development of the law itself and the requirements of the times comes the vision of modernization of vocational education and the important conditions for its realization. Firstly, the awareness to the importance of the improvement in technical talents and vocational education is to be strengthened; Secondly, the status of industry and social forces in vocational education is to be confirmed; Third, the guarantee system of funds for vocational education is to be perfected; Fourth, the national qualifications framework is to be established; Fifth, the economic treatment and social status for technical and technical personnel is to be improved.
